Reorder Template URL

This is not a setting that you can adjust, but this field is where you can find the URL for the customer portal. You can use this URL inside of email templates, etc. to direct customers to the portal. You can replace the {{order.id}} with the Shopify Order ID and the order will be pre-loaded when the link if followed.

Offer Shipping Protection

This toggle allows you to turn the shipping protection functionality on and off.

Require Images for Damage Claims

If you want to require that customers upload images when they are opening a claim for damage, toggle this setting on.

Send Corso Shipping Protection Purchase Confirmation

If this setting is enabled, Corso will send an email for each protected order. If you send your own shipping protection either through your platform (big commerce, Shopify, etc.) or through your own ESP (Klaviyo, Sendlane, etc.) then you should disable this setting.

Store Credit Gift Card Product ID

If you want store credit to be issued to customers to make them whole for lost, stolen, or damaged products, then enter the product ID of the gift card that you want to use here.
