Order Hub and Program Name Customization

The order hub is the page customers land on after looking up an order in the Customer Portal. You can customize how it and your programs are labeled throughout the portal. Whether you prefer the word guarantee instead of warranty, or want text that better reflects your brand, these settings give you control.

Depending on which features you have turned on, the order hub shows:

  • Tracking for the order’s shipments.
  • An Edit Order card, if Order Editing is turned on. Its text comes from the Description and Expired Description settings on the Order Editing page.
  • A section for starting a return, warranty, or shipping protection claim, using your Order Hub Title and Order Hub Description. It also appears when the order already has a claim.

If the order was cancelled, the hub shows a notice with the cancellation date instead of tracking.

All of these settings are in Settings > Theme in the Corso Admin.

  • Order Hub Title: The heading for the request section. If left blank, Corso builds it from the programs you offer, such as “Returns & Warranties.”
  • Order Hub Description: Text shown under the title, often used for custom instructions or reminders about the request process. If left blank, Corso shows a default description. While an order is not yet fulfilled, customers see a message asking them to check back later instead.
  • Require Phone Number: Require a phone number to complete a return.
  • Program Name: The customer-facing name of your warranty program. Choose Warranty or Guarantee. The name updates throughout the customer experience, including the default order hub title.
  • Warranty Submission Text: The message shown on the overview page after a customer submits a warranty claim.
  • Require Phone Number: Require a phone number to complete a warranty claim.
  • Manual Review Submission Title and Manual Review Submission Description: The message shown on the overview page after a customer submits a request with items marked for manual review.

  • Match language to your brand (for example, guarantee vs. warranty).
  • Clarify customer expectations with your own instructions and confirmation messages.
  • Create a more cohesive return and warranty experience.
