Organization Dashboards
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Organization Dashboards give you a consolidated view of analytics across all stores in your organization. Instead of switching between individual stores to review performance, you can select your organization and browse its dashboards from one place.
The Organization section appears in the sidebar only for users whose account is associated with one or more organizations. If your account does not have an organization role, this section is not visible.
What You Can Expect
Section titled “What You Can Expect”With Organization Dashboards, you can:
- View pre-configured analytics dashboards scoped to your organization rather than a single store
- Switch between organizations if your account belongs to more than one
- Select from multiple dashboards within a chosen organization
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”Accessing Organization Dashboards
Section titled “Accessing Organization Dashboards”- In the Corso Admin sidebar, locate the Organization section.
- Click Dashboards under that section.
- The Organization Dashboards page opens.
If your account belongs to a single organization, that organization is selected automatically and an info banner confirms which organization you are viewing.
Switching Organizations
Section titled “Switching Organizations”If your account belongs to more than one organization, a Select An Organization dropdown appears in the top-right area of the page. Use it to switch between organizations. The dashboard list updates to reflect the selected organization.
Selecting a Dashboard
Section titled “Selecting a Dashboard”Once an organization is selected, use the Select A Dashboard dropdown to choose from the dashboards available for that organization. The chosen dashboard loads inline on the page.
Q: I don’t see an Organization section in my sidebar. Why? The Organization section is only visible to users whose account has at least one organization role. If you expect to have access and do not see it, contact your Corso account manager.
Q: Can I edit or delete users who are part of an organization from the Users settings page? Users who belong to an organization are managed at the organization level. The edit, delete, and password reset actions are not available for those users in Settings > Users.
Q: How do I get access to additional organizations? Organization membership is managed by Corso. Reach out to your Corso account manager to request access to an additional organization.
