Logiwa WMS Integration Setup and Troubleshooting

Corso supports a custom Logiwa WMS integration that connects your return claims and RMA data with your warehouse management system.

Because this is a custom integration, the setup process is managed directly by the Corso team. This article covers how to get started and how to troubleshoot common issues once the integration is live.

The Logiwa integration is not self-serve at this time. To enable it for your account, reach out to the Corso team directly.

Once you get in touch, the Corso team will:

  1. Collect your Logiwa credentials.
  2. Configure and wire up the integration on the backend.
  3. Confirm the connection is live and working for your account.

Note: Additional self-serve configuration capabilities are planned for future releases. As the integration continues to expand, more setup and management options will be made available directly within the Corso admin.

Once the Logiwa integration is active, you can review RMA and claim data directly within Corso to troubleshoot issues.

Navigate to the relevant claim in the Corso admin and review the RMA information that has been pushed to Logiwa. From there, you can confirm:

  1. Whether an RMA was successfully created for the claim.
  2. What data was sent as part of the RMA push.

If you encounter a scenario where an RMA was not created for a claim, reach out to the Corso team for additional insight. The team can investigate the root cause and help resolve the issue.

Q: Can I set up the Logiwa integration myself?

Not at this time. The integration is custom and requires the Corso team to configure it on your behalf. Additional self-serve options are on the roadmap.
