Bluebox Integration Setup and Troubleshooting

The Bluebox integration allows brands using Bluebox as their warehouse management system (WMS) to automatically generate RMA requests within Bluebox whenever a return shipment is marked as In Transit.

This guide covers how to enable the integration and how to troubleshoot common issues.

With the Bluebox integration enabled, you can:

  • Automate RMA creation: RMA requests are automatically generated in Bluebox when a return is marked as In Transit, eliminating manual entry.
  • Streamline warehouse operations: Your warehouse team receives timely RMA notifications aligned with real return shipment activity.
  • Reduce operational overhead: No need to manually track or communicate return status between Corso and your WMS.

Navigate to Settings -> Integrations within the Corso admin to locate the Bluebox integration.

Toggle the Bluebox integration on to activate it.

Enter your Bluebox account username and password. These credentials authenticate your connection between Corso and your Bluebox account.

Toggle on Create RMA Request. Once enabled, Corso automatically triggers an RMA within Bluebox any time a return shipment is marked as In Transit.

That is it. The integration is now active and runs automatically from this point forward.

If RMAs are not appearing in Bluebox as expected, follow these steps:

Check the claim timeline in the Corso admin to confirm the In Transit shipment event is firing. If the event is not shown in the timeline, the RMA trigger will not occur.

Confirm the username and password entered in Bluebox integration settings are correct and correspond to the right Bluebox account. Incorrect credentials prevent the integration from authenticating.

If the shipment event is firing correctly and credentials are confirmed but RMAs are still not appearing, reach out to the Corso team at [email protected]. The team has visibility into integration activity and can investigate if RMAs are getting stuck or failing silently.

Q: When exactly does the RMA get created in Bluebox?

Section titled “Q: When exactly does the RMA get created in Bluebox?”

The RMA is triggered as soon as a return shipment is marked as In Transit within Corso.

Use the username and password associated with your Bluebox WMS account.

Q: What should I do if RMAs stop generating after working previously?

Section titled “Q: What should I do if RMAs stop generating after working previously?”

Start by checking that your Bluebox credentials have not changed (for example, a password update). Re-enter your credentials in integration settings and confirm the toggle is still enabled. If the issue persists, contact Corso support at [email protected].

Q: Is there additional configuration required on the Bluebox side?

Section titled “Q: Is there additional configuration required on the Bluebox side?”

No additional configuration is required within Bluebox. The integration is managed entirely from the Corso admin.
