Views for Claim Management Pages

Saved Filter Views allow brands using Corso for Returns, Warranties, Registrations, or Shipping Protection to easily organize and manage claims by saving frequently used filter combinations. This helps streamline workflows, save time, and improve productivity for brands processing claims.

Time-Saving: Minimize repetitive filter setup, letting teams focus on resolution.

1. Log in to your Corso Admin Portal.

2. Go to the Claims section.

To create a saved view, begin by applying the desired filters to the claim list.

Date: Filter claims by creation date:

• Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, or Custom Date Range.

Source:

• Merchant App

• Customer App

Status:

• In Progress

• Ready for Review

• Completed

Shipment Status:

• Pre-transit, In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered, Available for Pickup, Return to Sender, Failure, Cancelled, Unknown, or Error.

Error:

• Yes

• No

Resolution Method:

• Refund, Exchange, Gift Card, or Replacement Order.

Tagged With:

• Any tags your team has previously created for claims.

Inspection:

• Yes

• No

Instant Exchange:

• Yes

• No

1. Once you’ve selected the filters you want to use, click Save View.

2. Give your view a Name (e.g., “Today’s Errors” or “Ready for Review Claims”).

3. Click Save.

Your saved view will now appear at the top of the claims list for quick access.

1. At the top of your Claims Page, you’ll see a list of your saved views.

2. Click on the name of a saved view to instantly apply the filters.

• To edit or delete a saved view, click the three-dot menu next to the view name.

• Options include:

• Edit View Name

• Delete View

“Ready for Review - Past 7 Days”: Filter for claims marked Ready for Review within the last 7 days.

“Errors - Today”: Quickly view any claims flagged as Errors created today.

“Exchanges in Transit”: Monitor all claims with an Exchange Resolution where the shipment status is In Transit.

• Create saved views for your most common workflows to reduce repetitive tasks.

• Use descriptive names for saved views so they are easily recognizable by your team.

• Combine multiple filters (e.g., Status + Error) to zero in on critical claims.

Q: Can multiple team members see the saved views?

A: Yes, saved views are shared across your team within the Corso Admin Portal.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of saved views?

A: There is currently no limit—you can create as many saved views as needed.

By using Saved Filter Views, you can take control of your claims workflow, making it faster and easier to focus on what matters most to your business.
