Quick Ship

Quick Ship is a streamlined way to generate shipping labels for claims with just one click. Instead of manually configuring shipment details each time, Quick Ship uses your pre-set default location and automatically creates a label with the lowest-cost shipping option. This makes the process faster and more efficient when most shipments go to the same return location.

With Quick Ship, you can:

  • Reduce shipment creation from multiple steps to a single click
  • Automatically generate a shipping label using the cheapest available option
  • Save time for your team when processing warranty or return claims
  • Maintain consistency by always shipping to a single, pre-configured return location

  • The Quick Ship button is available on any claim where a shipment hasn’t been created yet.
  • When selected, Quick Ship automatically:
    • Sets the From Address as the customer’s address
    • Sets the To Address as your default return location (configured in Shipping Policy)
    • Generates a label using the lowest-cost shipping option
  • The shipment is created instantly, skipping the manual label setup process.
  • Standard Shipping: Manually configure addresses, choose label or slip, and select from multiple shipping options. More flexible, but takes more steps.
  • Quick Ship: One-click process that uses pre-defined settings. Faster but limited to one return location.
  1. Go to Settings > Shipping Policy.
  2. Define your return locations.
  3. Select the location you want to use for Quick Ship.
  4. Toggle Enable Quick Ship.

Note: Only one location can be enabled for Quick Ship at a time.

Once enabled, the Quick Ship button will appear on claims where shipments are not yet created.
