Tag Order Automation
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Tag Order automation in Corso allows you to automatically add tags to the original Shopify order associated with a claim. These tags can be based on claim details, customer information, product attributes, or order data, giving you more visibility in Shopify for reporting, tracking, and post-purchase workflows.
What You Can Expect
Section titled “What You Can Expect”With order tagging, you can:
- Automatically apply tags to Shopify orders once claims are created.
- Base tagging on conditions like claim value, reason, product type, or customer details.
- Improve reporting and visibility by adding contextual tags to orders.
- Include claim reasons directly on orders for quick reference.
- Support downstream workflows in Shopify or other integrations that rely on tags.
This functionality helps bridge claim activity in Corso with the broader Shopify ecosystem.
