Registration Dashboards
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Registration Dashboard in Corso provides a high-level view of how customers are registering their products and how those registrations connect to warranty claims. The dashboard is filterable by Product, Purchase From (sales channel), and Date Range, allowing you to drill into the data most relevant to your business.
What You Can Expect
Section titled “What You Can Expect”The dashboard highlights key metrics and views, including:

New Registrations to Date
A line graph showing the volume of new registrations over time, based on the filters you’ve set. -
Total Registrations
The total number of product registrations captured within your selected filter range. -
New Registrations by Purchase Date
Tracks registrations according to the estimated purchase date provided at registration. -
Total Registrations by Purchase Date
A cumulative view of registrations tied back to the purchase date value. -
Registrations by Sales Channel
Breaks down registrations across your connected sales channels for quick comparison. -
Top Registered Products
Highlights the most frequently registered products, limited to the top 10. -
Warranties from Registrations
Shows how many registrations have converted into warranty claims, viewable by:- Sales channel
- Product
- Overall totals

A detailed table listing all registered products, including specific product variants.
Filters Available
Section titled “Filters Available”- Product – Focus reporting on a single product or group of products.
- Purchase From – Filter registrations by the sales channel where they were purchased.
- Date Range – Adjust the timeframe to view historical or recent trends.
