Order Shipment Update (Klaviyo Event)

A new Klaviyo event from Corso called Order Shipment Update allows you to trigger emails based on real-time shipment status updates.


This event lets you automate customer messaging in Klaviyo based on shipment milestones like in transit, out for delivery, or delivered, using Corso’s tracking data.

  1. In Klaviyo, go to Metrics > Corso > Order Shipment Update
  2. Set a trigger filter (e.g., shipment status = “In Transit”)
  3. Add your emails and link to the tracking page using {{ event.order_id }} in your button or link
  4. Save and activate the flow
