Section titled “Feature Overview”This event lets you automate customer messaging in Klaviyo based on shipment milestones like in transit, out for delivery, or delivered, using Corso’s tracking data.
Key Details
Section titled “Key Details”- New event: Order Shipment Update
- Available in Klaviyo metrics under Corso
- Filter by shipment status (e.g., “In Transit”) to trigger specific flows
- Event includes properties like
order_id
that can be used in dynamic links - Ideal for sending branded tracking updates with a button linking directly to the customer’s tracking page

- Set a trigger filter (e.g., shipment status = “In Transit”)
- Add your emails and link to the tracking page using
{{ event.order_id }}
in your button or link - Save and activate the flow
