Shop Now
Let customers shop with return credit during the Returns and Exchanges flow.
Shop Now allows customers to browse your storefront and use their return credit to purchase new items during the return process. Instead of requesting a refund or selecting a standard exchange, customers can choose their own replacement products, add additional items, and complete checkout directly through the Corso return flow.
This creates a smooth, familiar shopping experience that increases revenue retention, drives upsells, and keeps customers engaged with your brand.
What You Can Expect
Section titled “What You Can Expect”With Shop Now enabled, brands typically see:
- Higher retention of revenue — Customers are more likely to shop using their credit instead of selecting a refund option.
- Incremental revenue from upsells — Customers can add additional products and pay any difference when submitting the claim.
- A seamless and embedded experience — Corso transitions customers from the portal to your storefront without breaking the return flow. With the Corso portal embedded directly on brand’s sites, the transition from the portal to shopping is streamlined and simple.
- Clear revenue tracking — New in-claim benefit reporting highlights retained revenue, new revenue, and total benefit.
