Setting Up Your Domain for Email Delivery

By default Corso sends emails from a corso.com domain for platform communciation such as claim confirmations, label expirations, and other enabled customer facing emails.

If you would like emails to be sent from your brand’s domain, we can help. Simply follow these steps.

The first step is to contact Corso to let us know that you would like this to be setup. You can get this started by sending an email to [email protected] with a subject of “Domain Verification”. In the body of the email, please let us know what domain you will want emails to be sent from and who we can send an email to for the person who can configure your domain DNS.

Corso will send you instructions of what you need to do to configure your DNS with records that will give us permission to send emails from your domain. These instructions will instruct you to setup CNAME and TXT records to your domain host’s DNS section.

The body of the email will have simple instructions like this:

Hi, Corso would like to authenticate your domain with our email provider. Please add these records to your hosts DNS section which will give our application permission to send emails from your domain. This If you have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected].

It will then give you access to each records type, host and value to put into your DNS. Some hosts call these different things so follow the pattern of your host. (i.e. value, points to, etc.)

Let us know when the records have been added

Section titled “Let us know when the records have been added”

When all the records have been added to your DNS section, let us know that it has been completed. We will then complete the domain sender verification process.

Congratulations! Once the sender verification is complete, Corso will now be able to send platform emails from your domain.
