Two Boxes Integration Setup
The Two Boxes integration connects Corso with your warehouse operations to automatically create RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests in Two Boxes anytime a claim is created in Corso. This helps your fulfillment team process returns faster and with fewer manual steps.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Two Boxes is a warehouse operations platform built to streamline reverse logistics. By integrating Two Boxes with Corso, your RMA workflow becomes automated, creating an RMA in Two Boxes each time a customer submits a return or exchange claim through Corso.
This ensures your warehouse team can begin processing returns right away without waiting for manual coordination or exports.
