How it Works
- Once a customer is in Brij they will see a **File a Warranty Claim** button in their More settings.
- Then they’ll see the Corso Portal that lives directly in the Brij experience. Here they can input the necessary information to submit their Warranty Claim.
- Next they’ll select the products they purchased.
- Finally they’ll submit their request within the Corso portal.
