Claims Pages
Claims Pages in the Corso Admin
Corso offers Returns & Exchanges, Warranties & Registrations and Shipping Protection. Corso breaks these features into their own claim pages in order to provide a clear workflow when trying to manage different claims across the platform.
What is Return Claim?
A return claim is when a customer processes a claim within the return window. Returns within the Corso app can result in a Refund, Store Credit, or Variant Exchange.
In the Corso Admin > Return Settings, you have the ability to set the number of days from order date a customer is eligible for a Refund, Store Credit or Variant exchange. So if a customer processes a claim within the window set for any of those outcomes, the claim is deemed a return.
Returns Page
This page is a table view of any returns claims that can be filtered down by things like Date, Status, Resolution Method and more. You can search by Order # or Claim #, Customer Name or Email and Tags. You also have the ability to export all return claims in the top right which would export the current filtered view if you had filters added.
What is Warranty Claim?
A warranty claim is when a customer submites a claim outside of the return window, but still within the warranty eligibility window. Warranties come through to the Corso Admin without a requested resolution, giving brands the chance to review the warranty request and resolve the claim as needed.
Warranties Page
This page similiar to returns is a table view of any warranties claims that can also be filtered down with any of the filters available to warranty claims. This page can also be exported using the filters applied to get a list of warranty claims in a CSV.
What is Shipping Claim?
A shipping claim is submitted by a customer who purchased Corso Package Protection and had a shipping issue. These go through the same customer portal but get submitted to the Corso Concierge team to manage.
Shipping Claims Page
This page just shows any Shipping claims that have been submitted with some basic claim information like status, resolution method and reason.
What is a Registration?
A registration is created through the Registration tool that allows customers to register a product they purchased outside of the brands online Shopify store.
Registrations Page
This page shows all registrations submitted by customers showing the date, customer, channel, status and more.
Claim Page filters
Filters allow you to drill down on the exact claims you need in order to manage your workflow or process claims more efficiently. Here you can add as many filters as you need, and those filters will stay saved on that claims page even if you navigate into a claim or to a different page. This allows you to tailor your workflow to focus on the specific claims you need, improving efficiency and helping you get more done quicker.
