Notifications
Merchant notifications in the Corso app are managed as emails sent to addresses defined in these settings.
New Claim Submitted
Section titled “New Claim Submitted”Toggle this on if you want an email sent when a new claim is created.
New Claim Submitted Email Addresses
Section titled “New Claim Submitted Email Addresses”This field is a list of email addresses (comma separated), that will be notified when a new claim is opened by a customer.
Returned Items Received
Section titled “Returned Items Received”If you want an email sent each time a returned items shipment is received, then toggle this on.
