Notifications

Merchant notifications in the Corso app are managed as emails sent to addresses defined in these settings.

Toggle this on if you want an email sent when a new claim is created.

This field is a list of email addresses (comma separated), that will be notified when a new claim is opened by a customer.

If you want an email sent each time a returned items shipment is received, then toggle this on.
