Warranties
You can turn on or off warranty functionality as offered in the Corso app. When turned off, customers who visit the customer portal won’t have the ability to request a warranty replacement for an item.
Policy URL
This link is where your warranty policy is publicly accessible. This will be used to link to the policy from the customer portal.
Warranty Window
The value here is how much time a warranty can be requested for, after the fulfillment of an order. It should mirror the time frame set in your warranty policy linked to here.
Require Media Upload
This toggle affects wether customers will be required to upload an image or video when filing a warranty claim.
Inspections
Wether inspections are required for warranties is set by this toggle. These inspections would be performed by merchant staff (or their designee, such as a 3PL or returns processing center)
