Status

Integrating Corso with Status will allow for brands to give their customers access to their Returns & Warranties portal directly through Status.

Setup

  1. Navigate to Integrations > Find Status and turn it on

  2. Copy your Shopify domain from the SHopify admin

  3. Paste your Shopify Domain into the Corso app and click ‘Save’

  4. Go back to the Status Integration and click the gear icon

  5. Copy and send the link for Returns and Warranty Portal to send to your Status representative to add to Status in order for you to direct your customers directly to the portal from within Status
