How do I submit a reorder request for Shipping Protection?

Our top priority is providing easy, fast service to people who have had a frustrating experience with shipping.

So the fastest way to request a reorder and bypass all the support queues is to go to reorder.corso.com.

The easiest way to do this is from a mobile phone as we may ask you to upload a picture.

Just enter your order number in the email you should have received from support@corso.com.

Be prepared to answer the following:

  • What happened to your package? (damaged, lost, stolen)
  • If damaged
    • Which items got damaged?
    • Upload a photo of the damage.
  • If lost
    • View your tracking information to make sure it wasn't delivered and it must be at least 5 days from the order date to be considered lost.
  • If Stolen
    • Verify the tracking information to assure the package was delivered
    • In some unusual cases, you may be required to upload a police report.

After your request is submitted

Once your Reorder Request is submitted, our team will quickly review and reorder the products for you with the brand.

In the rare case that the reorder request is not accepted, our support team will reach out to you to with an explanation.
