How to set an item as final sale

Make a Shopify item non-eligible for return by using the final sale tag.

Whether you are re-selling a lightly used item or discounting an end-of-life product, you'll want to enable the final sale functionality. 

You can see the final sale tag used for your store by going to Settings > Return & Exchange Policy > Return Eligibility

If you need to change the default tag, you can reach out to our support team and they can change it to what works best for your business.

Log in to your Shopify admin and navigate to the desired product settings page. From there, just add the final sale tag.

Once the tag is saved, Corso Returns will recognize it on any returns that are initiated containing that product.
