Green Shipping Protection Dashboard

The dashboard provides a clear view into Key metrics and Claims for Shipping Protection, all in one place

Metrics

The following key metrics are included in the dashboard:

  • Protected Orders - The number of orders that are protected by shipping protection
  • Attachment Rate - The percentage of orders that have shipping protection
  • Carbon Offset - The total amount of carbon offset by shipping protection
  • Covered Value - The total amount of covered refunds and reorders
  • Claim Count - The number of claims that have been filed
  • Average GSP Price - The average price of shipping protection

Filtering

The following filters can be applied to the Green Shipping Protection key metrics:

  • Yesterday
  • Last 7 Days
  • Last 30 Days
  • All Time

Filters do not apply to the claims table below

Claims

The claims table shows any Shipping Protection claims that have been created. You can search for specific claims by Order Number or Customer Email, and you can click 'Create Claim' if you need to start a new claim for a customer.
