Improved design and functionality to get you the data you need
We've made some changes to the Green Shipping Protection Dashboard to make it easier to get the information you need when it comes to Shipping Protection. We've simplified the way we display the key metrics, and have added filters for Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Lats 30 Days and All Time.
The Claims table has been consolidated to one table that includes all Shipping Protection claims (reorders and refunds). You can now search your claims by Order Number of Customer Email, making it easier to check the status of a claim rather than needing to reach out to Corso directly. You also can click 'Create Claim' to open a new claim anytime you need.
