Exciting news! You can now connect your CREW Returns & Warranties portal with Status, allowing your customers to access the returns and warranties portal directly in Status. This integration offers numerous benefits, including:

  • Enhanced Customer Experience: Provide hassle-free access to the Returns & Warranties portal, reducing friction and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Improved Efficiency: Eliminate the need for manual interactions, streamlining your customer service workflows and saving valuable time.
  • Increased Transparency: Offer real-time updates on return and warranty statuses, fostering trust and building stronger customer relationships.

Setting up the integration is simple! Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Integrations: Within your CREW dashboard, navigate to the "Integrations" section.
  2. Find and Activate Status: Locate the "Status" integration and toggle it to the "On" position.
  3. Connect Your Shopify Store: Enter your Shopify domain and click "Save" to establish the connection.
  4. Finalize Configuration: Click the gear icon on the Status integration and copy the provided link. Share this link with your Status representative for them to integrate it within your Status platform, allowing customers direct access from within Status.
