Where do I find my order number?

You received an email from support@corso.com

Check your email

When you placed an order with one of our partner merchants and if you purchased Shipping Protection or Carbon Offset, then we sent you an email from support@corso.com

So go ahead and search your email using support@corso.com as the "from" address.

Remember, we sent the email to the same email address that you placed the order with.

In the body of that email will be your order number.

You can then use this number to submit a reorder request if your package is damaged, lost, or stolen during shipment.

If you still can't find it, then you can do one of the following:

- Chat: Go to reorder.corso.com/help?chat=live. Click the chat bubble in the lower-right corner. You'll be prompted to give us the store you purchased from and the email address you used to place the order.

- Webform: Go to reorder.corso.com/help and fill out the form. You'll be prompted to give us the store you purchased from and the email address you used to place the order.

- Email: You can email us at support@corso.com. Be sure to include the store you purchased from and the email address you used to place the order.

This will create a ticket for our team to look up your order number. They will then send you a quick link to start your reorder request.
